Returns

Unfortunately Original Paintings cannot be returned nor refunded. With the exception of items damaged by shipping.
Please report shipping damages to Shipping company / Courier immediately upon receipt of damaged goods.
Before a customer can return a painting to Ananse ART, please contact customer service at p.staenz@ananseart.com immediately upon receipt.
Returns will only be accepted, if Art Work is damaged by shipping upon delivery . Returned paintings without our prior consent will be rejected. Our consent for a return will be confirmed to you by email within 48 hours.
If Ananse ART determines that damages to a painting have not been caused by shipping / transportation, Ananse ART can waive the refund of the purchase price and insist on payment of the full purchase price. The cost of shipping / transport of returns is borne by the sender.

Greeting Cards are excluded from the return policy, as this is a customized item, which cannot be returned.
